Guides Updates

• Added clarification that after card issuance, a new account array with type CP2 appears in the account list.

Card Top-up

• Reworked to support both CP1 and** CP2** cards.
• Clarified account mapping logic:
  • fromAccount → CHECKING account ID
  • toAccount → CARD_PREPAID or CP2
  • toCurrency → USDC (for both programs)
