Create Card Request

post https://api.sandbox-v2.vault.ist/card-holder/cardrequest

This endpoint creates a new card request for the current user.

Virtual Cards: Providing a billingAddress is optional.
Physical Cards: Both billingAddress and deliveryAddress are required to ensure proper card issuance and shipping details.

The secondary_cardname field must be correct or not provided — it should either not be transmitted or set to null.
