1. How can a user wallet be topped up in the new production environment?

Answer:
Once the production environment is launched, the top-up process will be described in detail. For now, we recommend testing this functionality in the Sandbox.


2. Why does the “Forget Password” API only work with an email address and not a phone number?

Answer:
The Forget Password API currently requires an email address for security and consistency with our other verification processes. This ensures a more secure and streamlined user experience.


3. How to complete the KYC verification?

Answer:
To complete KYC verification, integrate the SumSub SDK and initiate the verification process using the Create Verification endpoint. Ensure that all the required documents are provided for a smooth verification process.


4. Where can I check the status of KYC verification?

Answer:
You can check the verification status using the Get Verification Status endpoint. The status will indicate whether the verification is complete, pending, or rejected.


5. What is the token lifespan during verification in SumSub?

Answer:
The token lifespan is 15 minutes. After this time, the token will expire, and a new token will need to be generated to proceed with the verification process.


6. What should I do if I need more card_offer_id in the response to the GET List Card Offers request?

Answer:
If you need more card_offer_ids in the response, please contact your Key Account Manager to request additional card_offer_ids. They will assist in adjusting your request parameters accordingly.


7. How does the system handle USDT deposits from different blockchains?

Answer:
The system consolidates all USDT deposits into a single balance, regardless of the originating blockchain. All currencies in the system are by default independent of the blockchain and acquisition method. This ensures seamless handling of deposits across different blockchain networks.
