Non-EU residents are eligible to access full USDT functionality — including store, send, receive, and trade — under the responsibility of Charism LLC (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, reg. no. 1999 LLC 2022, Suite 336, Beachmont Business Centre, Kingstown).
For EU residents access is limited due to MiCA (Reg. EU 2023/1114): only store, send, receive, and swap to USDC are available. Buy/sell operations are restricted. Services are provided by Vault Fintech Solutions s.r.o. (Czech Republic, reg. no. 216 27 002).
